My Gum Is Really Sore And A Lump Appear Full Of Puss Broken Wisdom Tooth Socket In Jaw Bone During Wisdom Tooth Extraction. Bad Dentist?

Broken wisdom tooth socket in jaw bone during wisdom tooth extraction. Bad dentist? - my gum is really sore and a lump appear full of puss

After my wisdom tooth about 6 weeks, which was good for a few days (though still very swollen), then in the night of 2 removed was really started to grow and too painful. I lay in bed and slept the next day, with prescription painkillers, etc. I called the dentist and told me it was quite normal. At least a week after I could not open my jaw wide enough to fit your thumb between your front teeth.

Since then, I noticed a lump in the lower third molar socket. Was I went back to the dentist today and said the bones around the plug during the extraction (the first time I heard of him) broken. He said it was perfectly normal, and the recovery was good, but it seems that the piece of bone gradually make their way through myRubber, and began to draw. He assured me that this is normal and that the bones can to penetrate the skin, and should be cleaned with salt water. However, sounds a little worried (as if he had made a mistake).

Is this normal? I need before my wisdom tooth on the other side, but I'm beginning to wonder if I should see another dentist to ... I was a little worried when he never told me not to drink through a straw, and also said that if the bleeding persists after the first hour with a clean cloth to keep the pressure on the wound (as opposed platform to provide me with a second operation).

A little worried. Should I go to the dentist otherwise?
