Which store has better Halloween costumes for teen girls "party city" or "spirit halloween"? - spirit halloween costumes
I want a good Halloween costume this year a "spirit of Halloween" came to me, but we also have a city of "party" in the vicinity of us. I want something like a "bee" or perhaps something like an "Egyptian Princess" is cool, but not kitschy.
